Let me share something with you about me:

The moniker, “Marketing and Management Master,” is not something I made up to entice people to use my services. It is actually a fact – an accurate description of who and what I am. I have studied and mastered the most fundamental principles of business, some that are neither known nor used by highly credentialed MBAs. And I have applied these exact principles to businesses in more than 300 different fields over a 30-year career, with a success rate that is best represented by this fact. In all of that time, not more than 2.5% of my clients have failed under my counseling. And I will be honest, in every one of those cases where the client failed, the reason boiled down to either undisclosed criminal activity or drug or alcohol dependence.

These scenarios exist directly because of the people involved. It has been my experience in 90% of the businesses that I have consulted where these or similar problems exist, that addressing the system will rarely solve it. I can state this in another way. The hard cold fact is that...

...if any organization is failing, the reason for the failure is rarely the system – it is one or more of the people involved.

That’s right. The problem lies within the personnel who make up your staff, your partnerships or the executive structure of your operation.

Setting the record straight
I want to make something perfectly clear. I am not a psychologist. I am not interested in “touchy feely” approaches or “team building techniques” to make sure that everyone gets along. I am an entrepreneur, too, and like you, I focus on production, income, sales & marketing. I am interested in your bottom line. It is just that I know that the entire foundation of your company rests on having a team where everyone is on board and pulling their own freight.

I have already told you that I apply exact principles of business that underlie successful business procedures. There are a few more things I want you to know about how I operate.

I never pretend to know, just to look good – I work hard to find out real answers that get results. I have ways of getting to the bottom of what’s going on in your business that you don’t know and can’t find out. A lot of things are hidden from the person at the top. But that doesn’t mean that I expect you to take my answers at face value. I work on the basis (and have for thirty years) that only if something is true for you, is it true.
