David Sanders , CEO of Creative Business Strategies, is a seminarist, author
and consultant helping entrepreneurs and business owners achieve their goals
since 1975. He is widely recognized for his practical wisdom combined with cutting-edge
business skills. He serves on Boards of Directors for an industry-leading California
manufacturing firm, a leading human rights organization and was brought in to
advise a 900,000-person corporation in India, where he also toured MBA colleges
as a featured speaker.
David has experience as a speaker and consultant across 300 different industries
and professions, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. His stress is on getting
results in the real world. His background includes:
- Internationally known speaker, columnist & editor of books on management, sales & marketing
- Marketing Director of a Beverly Hills ad agency & PR firm
- President of a “Top-50” Internet firm
- Recognized as top consultant and marketing guru in several industries

Lynda Hubbard
VP Marketing
Lynda was raised in Minnesota and Wisconsin and developed a love of the outdoors and a love of adventure. Drawn to the fine arts as a young girl, she traveled to England on an art scholarship and soon was on her own traveling through Europe, Greece, India, and into the Himalayan Mountains of Nepal. She never stopped delighting her hosts with her vision of their own cultures on canvass. She has continued her career as a fine artist to this day.
Lynda realized during her travels that she was drawn as well to business, and particularly to marketing, which appealed to her creative spirit well. She became a professional in her craft and after several years cutting-edge training and experience doing marketing and market research, founded Trendsetters, a marketing research firm, in 1991.
Lynda has helped hundreds of companies to develop marketing and publicity strategies. She authored a popular book on the subject (available from CBS) so others could benefit from her experience.
She has worked doing marketing together with CBS Founder and CEO, David Sanders, for almost 2 decades, and ably heads our Marketing Division.
Radio talk shows for college stations, plus marketing for CBS, consulting client firms, researching current marketing trends plus a busy family keeps her busy in Southern California, where she resides.
